Absolutely amazing work! Joanna was my main contact throughout the process and I was taken care of from day one! She’d send me updates at least once a week and she made the entire process painless and easy! Nick was awesome, too! He dropped off the rental car and took my car, and brought it back after everything was done straight to my work office. When I saw my car, it was as if the collision damages never even happened! It looked brand new just like the day I got it from the dealership! The entire process took about 3-4 weeks, but the fact that they offered me a rental while I waited, gave me so much peace of mind. And it wasn’t like an old bucket car or anything. It was a newer Honda Accord with all the bells and whistles. Needless to say, I’ll be recommending Real Auto Body to anyone and everyone I know that happens to be unfortunate enough to be in an auto collision. And, god forbid, if I ever get in another accident or collision, I’ll know exactly who to call from now on! I had such a great experience with this auto body shop. Joanna was incredibly kind, always on top of communication, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Everything was smooth, especially with insurance. She handled it seamlessly and kept me updated every step of the way. They also went above and beyond by charging my Tesla, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly a huge help. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing: clean, polished, and like nothing had ever happened. They even gave me a cute gift, which really shows how much they stand out and how much they genuinely care about their customers. The rear end collision repairs to my 2018 Tesla model 3 are rated as excellent. Everything was professionally and efficiently completed within a respectable time. I originally met the owner at Real Auto Body after leaving my car for repairs. Thereafter, I visited Real Auto Body during the course of repairs and Duke walked me through the necessary and methods for repair while we viewed the work in progress. He impressed me as very knowledgable and able to explain and demonstrate to me in easy understandable terms as to why and how the repairs were being performed. I was convinced that they really knew what they were doing and in the most efficient and skilled best practices manner. I must also mention their professional and personable office staff, namely Joanna. Also very personable and easy to talk to. She kept me advised of everything as repair stages were being performed while courteously answering all my questions. She arranged for my loaner, a new Tesla model 3, which was made available to me at the time I dropped my car off. I highly recommend Real Auto Body The quality of service is pristine And I was very impressed with their customer service from Johanna who took care of taking my documentation To Nick, who restored my auto audio computer promptly and efficiently. The body work on my car is perfect. I don’t tend to give recommendations, but when I do it, it’s for a good reason If you bring your business to them, you won’t be disappointed
